Returns + Exchanges Incorrect Shipping Information
ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless your order has not been shipped yet. If your order has been shipped off to you, unfortunately we will not be able to issue you a refund or exchange. If you email us at before we start packing your order we will be able to refund or exchange your items in your order. All sales are final as it is stated in each and ever product description in our store. If a product is defective DO NOT USE THE ITEM and IMMEDIATELY email us photos at so we can correct the issue. If you receive a defective sticker and you decide to install it before sending us photos of the issue, we WILL NOT REPLACE THE ITEM! If the item is defective you need to email us before anything because if the sticker is defective we want to send you out a new one but if you install it before sending us proof of it being defective it will seem as if you had an install error and we are also NOT RESPONSIBLE for user error. We have an install guide for stickers on our website to ensure a perfect install and if you are not comfortable installing the stickers please hire a professional to install them.

Incorrect Shipping Address 
If your package is sent back to us due to an incorrect shipping address YOU WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED FOR THE ITEMS YOU PURCHASED AND NOT THE SHIPPING FEE due to the fact USPS has already attempted to deliver your package, therefore USPS will not reimburse us for the cost of the shipping service. You will receive a refund as soon as we receive the package unless you email us to correct the mistake before we receive your package. You will be responsible for a new shipping fee to reship your package to the correct shipping address. We will not cover the charge because USPS will not reimbursed us for the shipping cost you already paid because they have already attempted to deliver your package, thus having to print a new shipping label for the new service of shipping your package again. If you no longer want your package you will only receive a partial refund excluding the shipping fee since USPS already charged us for the shipping label and attempting to deliver your package which is not refundable. We are not at fault if you give us the incorrect shipping information when you are typing your own information at checkout. It is not fair to hold us responsible for your mistake.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged of the same item that was ordered only, but before anything is packaged and shipped it is thoroughly checked. We check everything is 100% high quality before it is shipped! Why would we ship out damaged good? We want you to be a returning customer! If packaging is damaged please contact your local United States Postal Service for an insurance claim. But if a product is damage we will need photos of the packaging and product, before we can proceed in the exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping any items back, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
